1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and odds365 ("odds365," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the odds365 website located at odds365.vip and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through odds365, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

odds365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the odds365 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. In the Philippines, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling and online gaming is 21 years old. odds365 strictly enforces this requirement.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the receipt of online gaming services is prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of odds365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the odds365 Platform through a self-exclusion request or administrative action.

odds365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of odds365 services, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the odds365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify odds365 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. odds365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

odds365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or any conduct that odds365 deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

odds365 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's banking section, which may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your odds365 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment sources is strictly prohibited. odds365 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds at any time as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements. odds365 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and volume of requests. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day.

odds365 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which odds365 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

odds365 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• odds365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted based on account status, location, or game type.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the odds365 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within each game section and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

odds365 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• A technical error or system malfunction has resulted in incorrect odds or game outcomes being displayed.
• There is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of fraud or manipulation affecting the outcome of an event.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• The odds or payout offered were clearly erroneous due to a manifest error.

All game outcomes on the odds365 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealer protocols conducted under strict studio oversight. odds365 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Responsible Gaming

odds365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your odds365 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the odds365 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to defraud odds365 or other users through any means, including but not limited to chargebacks, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the odds365 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of odds365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of odds365.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, odds365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if odds365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

odds365's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your odds365 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

odds365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

odds365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

odds365 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and odds365 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the odds365 Platform shall first be submitted to odds365's customer support team for resolution. odds365 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.
